To Be Capri Sea view Rooms

la vue est splendide et le petit déjeuner délicieux . L'accueil est très cordial , nous étions attendus par la propriétaire qui nous a guidé depuis l'arrêt du bus jusque la location par whatsap. Nous avons aussi apprécié la déco du jardin et les lumières le soir

manque de bouilloire pour pouvoir prendre une collation dans la chambre . Celle-ci étant loin de tout . Une seule table de nuit ainsi qu'une seule chaise à l'intérieur . Le temps étant incertain, nous avons du rentrer les chaises et la table du petit déjeuner à l intérieur

Raffaela est une hôtesse charmante qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils en amont puis à l'arrivée. La petite résidence ( nous n'avons vu que 4 chambres) et sa terrasse sont très bien aménagées,:tout comme la chambre décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Un accès privé pour descendre à la Marina piccola et se baigner Un petit déjeuner excellent

The property and location are excellent. Staff is great Very quiet and restful area. Close to the clock tower where you can explore all great things of Capri

The property has a deficit of hot water as it depends on the solar cells to heat up the water. Since we arrived on a rainy day the cells did not heat the water. The property does not have a plan B for this type of situation. Staff was made aware of the issue but was unable to solve for the it during our stay. Property should disclose that during rainy days their water heating system may be insufficient to attend the demands of their guests. We occupied 2 of the three rooms in the property. This made all our party and experience not the best one when you expect to shower after an active day or early to start your day. Property did not offer a solution.

Posizione molto tranquilla, con vista su marina piccola, bellissimo tramonto. Camera spaziosa, pulita e profumata. Grazie a Tina che ci ha coccolato.

Con una valigia grande abbiamo fatto un po’ fatica nel trasportarla a mano per la quantità di scalini e discese/salite.

Un endroit paisible avec une terrasse de toute beauté qui baigne dans le calme de la Marina Piccola, et l’excellent accueil de Raffaella. Y revenir !

Frukosten var super. Väldigt trevligt att den serverades utanför rummet. Trevlig och gladpersonal

Hela rummet luktade avlopp, doften kom från badrummet och de försökte dölja den med mängder av doftpinnar

Die Lage war sehr schön. Raffaela war eine aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Es gibt keine Privatsphäre, da die Terrasse für drei Einheiten zu klein ist. Das Frühstück wird direkt vor dem Zimmereingang serviert, ab 8 Uhr. Dadurch ist es im Zimmer unruhig und laut. Ein längeres Ausschlafen ist somit nicht möglich.
