Magnifique Villa sur la plage de Piso Livadi - Paros

Location was brilliant. House is positioned on a hill looking over Piso Livadi. A 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars of Pios Livadi and a 7 minute walk to Logaras Beach, restaurants and cafes. A little tricky to find but a quick call to the host and we found it no problem. The view is amazing and the house is well decorated and very homely. 2 Bedrooms are upstairs with 1 bathroom, another bathroom is on the entry level with the kitchen and living room. Breakfast on the balcony with the view was very hard to leave. We had hired a car and parking a 100m walk away was perfect.

I wanted a special getaway for my birthday and this place turned out to be a dream. Imagine waking up having coffee on the balcony overlooking a beautiful beach and then tossing a towel over your shoulder and walking down to the beach. (1 minute walk)...

Beautiful and charming house with a strong sense for design. The location is like a balcony with view over Pido Livado, its beautiful scenery and the beach. Best place to spend a relaxing and indulgent holiday with sun, beautiful beach, good food ...

Nothing to complain. A second fan in the second sleeping room would be great, but leaving the window ioen and lwtting the wind do the cooling also works well enough.

We are very familiar with Paros but it was our first time staying in Piso livadi and we really enjoyed the excellent villa with amazing Vista's,the comfortable layout of the villa and charming interior design was very charming and everything from the amazing kitchen if you like self catering was catered for . I found the character of the villa just perfect . The only small difficulty was the air conditioning there was one fan available for us but like I said this was a small issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa and communication was very easy with the host's.

Going home

Beautiful villa and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Had great facilities. Amazing location and view onto Piso Livido. Walking distance to some excellent restaurants.

There is no air con but under normal weather conditions for high season this would have been OK as there was a gentle breeze through the property and the stone walls kept the villa cool. Unfortunately it was exceptionally hot this year high season so by the end of the week it was very hot and unbearable during the night.

What an amazing stay, wonderful location (a walk to the beach) & such a cute harbor with great restaurants and little shop; all at a walk. The house has a gorgeous view of the ocean&small harbor, it is beautifully decorated and fully équipe for cooking in if needed. We lived the terrasses, upstairs and down. A definitely must stay!
