Difficult to find Did not receive any written or video instructions to open the key box outside - I had to call with poor connectivity. Poor Internet connections in areas of Siena centre 3 flights of stairs access, no lift.
GBThe hotel is in a fabulous location. We saw no staff, but did not need to. Called on arrival & were given instructions. Room was clean & more than adequate.
There is no “on site” parking. It is public parking approx 300 metres away. And google maps may take you up small side streets which are pedestrianised….. not good when navigating to hotel based on having parking. On 2 motorbikes, had to haul kit from that distance. Perhaps clearer details about parking on the hotel description would help.

FRBon emplacement au centre ville. L’accès depuis la gare est facile est composé d’escalators qui facilitent la montée !
