La vicinanza al mare, quella c’era, non c’è che dire. Il resto era tutto approssimativo, le foto sono molto edulcorate, quando entrate ha tutto un sapore di vecchio, dismesso. Non potrei dire che manchi qualcosa, non mancava nulla, ma tutto quello che c’era, era di 2º/3º mano…diciamo che l’unico motivo per cui paghi è la vicinanza col mare.

Il costo per me è sproporzionato, ma ormai l’andazzo è quello. Se uno pensa che affitta una casa senza nessun servizio mentre una volta, allo stesso prezzo, si affittava un Hotel…diciamo che capisco il calo del turismo…non penso lo rifarei.

Grand appartement.

Grand appartement mais vide, de plus il est situé près d'un bar. Trop de nuisances et de bruits. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon du tout. Beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations proposées.

The property has a good location near two beaches. One beach (Spiaggia della Strosa) is 3 minutes away, the second (LI Maragni) is 5 minutes away. To the small city center it is maybe 10 minutes by foot. Inside the property there is a parking spot (there are 3-4 parking spots, one is for the guests, the other ones are for the family living in the house). Smaller car is better than an SUV. You rent the apartment on the first floor with 2 balconies - the first one is the big one at the main door where you can sit and enjoy. The second one faces a restaurant which was renovated when were there so it will probably open soon and will be a bit loud. The property has a good equiped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, electric grill, microwave, espresso maschine for the stove) and many many plates and pots and pans (but only two cups). The are two bedrooms, one has two beds and an air condition, the second one has a master bed and a fan. There is a old, a bit used umbrella which can be used for the beach, so you dont have to buy a new one. The main room has a TV. There are also pillows, sheets, a futball in a warddrobe. The flat and house has a really friedly and familiar atmosphere. There is also an outside shower to shower down the sand which is great. The check in is greta, you can just take they keys. I never met anybody from the rental company but they were always available via phone or whatsapp.

The flat is nice but it looks like the rental company did not put any efford in renovating or controlling the property. Everything is somehow working but crumbling. I do understand that it is not possible to renovated f.e. concrete parts of the building where the parts of the house are falling down but there are things than could have been repaired or cleaned. 1) From another side of the house, there is a latino restaurant which starts music every day at 17:00 till midnight. ON Friday, Saturday and SUnday they also have DJs and at 20:00 till 01:00 it is so loud that your windows are vibrating. You have airconditioning only in one room where you can close the window, in the second room, you have to have the window open which makes it impossible to sleep. HOnestly I dont understand why the neighbours put up with it. But it is not the property fault. 2) No normal knives in the kitchen, only a bread knife 3) 4 night stand lamps but only 2 are working, the other two are missing a button or flinking which is dangerous 4) The washing machine is giving you electroshocks every time you put your hand in it. 5) The air conditioning is not properly set and the water is running on the balcony right in front of the door. 6) There are 4 sunshades on the balcony, only one is working, the other one has a stick but it is not working, the other two dont even have a stick to turn. 7) The shower is rusty and full of water stone. You can not close the window in the bathroom, it is broken, the doors indsors are not closing properly and are making lot of noise. The outside furniture - at least two of the seats are broken and it will give you bloody scratches if you sit there with shorts or bikiny, my 3 year old child scratched his foot when sitting on it. The "rooftop terrace" is just a dirty roof with water tanks. 8) The rollos on the kitchen werre stuck and you could not close them. ANother thing - price. I was charged 649e by the property but listed price by booking was 519€.
