We follow a lean, self-service and no-frills hospitality model to keep stays affordable, with select amenities available on a pay-as-you-use basis. Alcohol, drugs, misconduct, non-payment, theft, vandalism or policy violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible permanent blacklisting. Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones within the premises. For group bookings of 2 guests or more, same-dorm accommodation is not guaranteed as room allocation is automated and subject to availability. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Visitors are allowed only in common areas between 09:00 and 21:00 and are not permitted inside rooms. Female dorms are strictly for female guests only. There are 6 parking spaces available at the property. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel chain suited for young travellers, and does not permit guests below 18 years of age, even with legal guardians. The property is pet friendly, and we allow pets only in private rooms (not dorms). Any damages are attributable to the pet owners. Please note that between 11:00 and 14:00, the following facility is unavailable in dormitory rooms: air conditioning and between 04:00 and 07:00, it is unavailable in common areas.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Hotel impeccable , propre , personnel professionnel et acueuillant . Bien situe entre old goa 20 roupies en bus et pananjim 40 roupies . Belle piscine . Le restaurant est correct Les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est confortable . Eau chaude a volonte

Very clean and contemporary with a lovely pool

Location was a bit far from old town Goa although we found getting on the bus easy

building was nice, the food from the cafe was nice (but really slow and a bit chaotic arriving!). lockers under the bed were nice and spacious and bunk beds felt quite private with curtains and helpful having the bed storage hanger. rooms with security code felt secure, unless the WiFi went down..

might have been a bit of a language barrier but there was a lot of confusion and made things a bit difficult! the WiFi went down for a while meaning we couldn't get into the rooms as couldn't access the app for the code. the pool area was really nice but quite dirty - big pile of empty drinks bottles and crisps packets with loads of ants, even though it says no outside drink on site, and smelt quite bad. also not many taxi's in Old Goa so found it difficult getting to Paniji and other places. people came into our room really late and night and proceeded to come in and out of the balcony, listening to their phone really loudly and chatting, keeping a few of us up really late

Crazy check in process, burdens the guest with downloading an app, scanning passport, using QR codes etc., even though they have a receptionist on site. The rcepetionist refused to let me check in normally by providing my passport and payment with card/cash, and pressured me to download app, scan QR code with my phone, follow multiple prompts through two different whatsapp numbers etc. Finally, they "did me a favor" and jumped through all these burdensome hoops that they created, and checked me in. The process was needlessly aggrevating, argumentative, destructive of confidence and brand image, and time consuming for me and staff. My only explanation for why they orient check in this way, is that they want to skim data off your phone/accounts etc.

"Kamer zwembad oke resaurant vreselijk"

Restaurant aan fluiting. Wat we wilden was er niet na dik uur wachten nog niet ontvangen. Blijkbaar was men de bestelling vergeten. Ook nog het niet bestelde gebracht dus verkeerde eten Verder ongezellig leeg hok .

Eten, hulp bij bestellen verder wij zijn niet de jongste meer en geen IT specialisten zowel inchecken als bestellen voor ons een ramp
