SHoliday Studio Apartament modern cu parcare gratuită în Timișoara

I liked that it had AC, it was very hot outside and inside the apartment as well. The apartment was clean. It was walking distance close to Lidl, coffee shop, Pepco, in case you need to buy anything.

There were few cluttery, there was no towel in the kitchen and it was difficult to close the apartment with the key. The kitchen window blind was broken and it didn't had at least a curtain.

Self check-in, quiet surroundings, shops available nearby at walking distance, view in front of opened area, sufficient lightning, internet, room’s furniture for the minimum needed, large fridge, air conditioning, washing machine, small balcony, public parking available, availability of the owner by phone. The owner took into account our comments regarding the apartment, and took steps to improve the situation we faced.

Dirty apartment, dirty bathroom, dirty ground, dirty windows, dirty fridge, dirty kitchen, garbage in the recycle bin left, not ironed and not very clean bedsheets… Insects in the towels laid on the bed. Towels let for drying next to the bed. Dusty furniture. There was no toilet paper, no tissues, no soap for washing dishes, and even when requested, we were proposed to leave and take our money back. Not what we needed, as we did not had time to search and go somewhere else. FYI, apart from the cleaning issues, the apartment is situated at 4th floor without elevator in an old building, so not easily accessible. The area around the block is not very clean but safe.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment and were absolutely delighted! Everything is in its place and exceptionally clean. The apartment has absolutely everything a home needs, so we didn't have to bring anything from home. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Amazonia Park, which is just two streets away, allowing us to walk there. Highly recommended!

The host was great, and flat too. if you want to have experience for real socialist area of the city, with nice and affordable restaurants, this is the right place for you. Nice parks are also close, and free parking in front of the building is available.

The bed could be better, but OK for short stay

Very nice apartment, small but very well organised. Very clean, sunny and positive. Comfortable bathroom. Washing machine and detergent provided, as well as other appliances.

Small kitchen but well-used space. Door lock is weird, you never know if it's locked or not, but apart from that everything is very nice and functional. The apartment is not good as a home-office as it only has two folding chairs and a wall folding table.
