Location and was clean

Staff was not as social and seem confused about who was checking out and who was checking in

It was quiet and it had everything we needed. The area was clean and nice.

I didn't like having a staff member open our door to our room and look in while we were in the room . There wasn't even a knock or anything.

For some reason our bedding on both beds were very damp. The AC was on the whole time except we turned it off when we laid down because the damn sheets made it very cold. I tried calling the contact person but was unable to speak with them until a long while later. Also, it said they had free Wi-Fi but that was definitely not the case.

Nothing.

The property was filthy: poorly lit, the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine, the floor was gritty and dirty, and it was totally gross to walk on. Everything was painted white over rusk and mildew. The stove was filthy and certainly not desirable to prepare food. The balcony looked out to other apartments, you had to lean over the balcony to have a little view of the ocean. Honestly, it looked like a place in a ghetto, not for relaxing and vacationing. We were exhausted when we checked in; we tried to make it work, but after 4, 5 hours, we had to check out and booked another place to stay. Don't stay here!

The facility doesn't offer breakfast. But we can cook our own. I like the full size stove with oven, the full size fridge, and the microwave. A real kitchen. The facility is close to the beach. The ocean view was awesome.

My balcony was facing another building. I was on the sixth floor. I had only 30% view of the beach. But it was ok. Next time I will request a room facing the ocean.
