1.地理位置極佳，房間非常明亮有街景可看，而且超大，回機場跟逛街都超方便。 2.有洗衣機可以洗衣服、還Netflix 跟YouTube 可以觀看、吸塵器可以清潔掉落的頭髮、微波爐、電磁爐、碗盤、冰箱等，應有盡有，真的非常方便。 3.有雙人床兩張，睡覺不會互相打擾，還能把行李箱全部打開，真的太棒了！ 4. 房東溝通良好，是體貼的房東！ 5. 住宿房間CP 值非常高，價格很合理。

1.馬桶有漏水狀況。 2入住時有在枕頭下發現頭髮。 3.流理台的濾水設備是無法使用，因為不確定是否可以直接用水龍頭的生水飲用，因此只能買礦泉水來煮熱水。 4. 浴室蓮蓬頭下方有另一個出水口，雖然有裝濾心，但明顯已有污垢，建議更換濾心，避免因衛生上的考量而感受不佳。

位置非常方便，简直是住在地铁顶上。，其实房东给的入住路线图太复杂和隐秘了，明明有前后两个非常体面的大门可以直接进入。

地點非常方便，出口還有手扶梯可以上去 整個區都可以逛很多東西，晚上熱鬧，凌晨回去都不用擔心！房間有冰箱微波爐，餐具都很乾淨！空間很大很棒，如果追求逛街不太介意住的地方這裡真的很棒

床只鋪保潔墊，上面不太乾淨，保潔墊下面的床包也有黃漬 浴室有個孔會一直讓浴室很濕，床也很軟枕頭太高。
