1. Misleading Location Information- The hotel listing claimed it was just 7.5 km from the airport, but the directions provided on Booking.com led us to the airport itself rather than the actual hotel. This misrepresentation caused confusion and resulted in an unnecessary cab expense of ₹1000. It felt deceptive and poorly managed. I have added the photo it shows that it is just 7.5 meter and direction takes to airport also property address given as airport 2. Children’s Meals Not Provided - Although the booking included children in the reservation, no food was offered for them during the stay. This was extremely disappointing and felt unfair, especially since the fee accounted for their presence. 3. Unprofessional Reception Staff The night receptionist on both 7th and 9th September was notably rude and unhelpful. Their attitude added stress to an already frustrating experience. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel basically due to poor receptionist and deceptive location information
