really homely, close to the beach and vanessa was a fantastic host

A minor thing, water pressure could be better but this is probably to do with a low pressure water system due to the age of the house

Our host was absolutely lovely, friendly and extremely helpful, ensuring our stay was great. We were not short of anything, well catered for. Everything you need when away from home. Clean and comfortable.

Perhaps information of area and things to do or recommended eateries can be helpful, especially if from out of town.

The house was spacious and very clean and tidy. Would be perfect for a family. Loved the area and not far from Motueka.

Beds were not very comfortable. Our host was very rude as we turned up 1/2 hr earlier. She could have just said could we come back, but instead was very rude. She did try to redeem herself and was very nice after, but the damage was done.

Photos do not do this property justice. Very clean, good location and great value for the area.

Worth noting that the owner stays on site (not in the same house) and also operates another business on site.
