I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property, managed by Elivaas, from the very moment I made the booking. It was incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone from their team. The main Elivaas support refused to assist with booking-related queries and redirected me to their Booking.com team, which turned out to be highly unprofessional and largely unresponsive. There were no proper replies via text, calls, or emails—just complete silence when we needed assistance the most. To make matters worse, we were never provided with the contact details of the property itself. Upon arrival, we were left stranded and had to ask around locally just to locate and access the property. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Their so-called “relationship managers” seem to be focused only on upselling additional services after the booking, rather than actually supporting guests or ensuring a smooth experience. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through them.

The hospitality was top notch! Trilok and Kailash were the caretakers and they were extremely courteous. Not to mention, the breakfast they made was delicious. Regarding the property, the host has put so much effort in creating an experience. It's a beautiful house, with so much attention to details.
