EVERYTHING The owner allowed us to do an earlier check in. She was waiting for us on the apartment, with a lot of goodies to set us going and keep us for a good few days (water, milk, wine, tomatoes, bread, coffee, laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets, and more), she even prepared us a typical Pugliese snack. She provided 2 sets of keys which came extremely helpful. The apartment is big and comfortable (fitted 4 adults and 2 kids with an extra room still available), it was super clean (probably the cleanest holiday house I've ever rented). It's airy, but also has AC on every room if needed. Motorised blinds to provide complete darkness at night. It has WIFI, smart TV and all the amenities needed, from the toiletries, sheets, towels, to an extremely complete kitchen. And board games which my 6 year old loved! It's located on a quite building, with free on street parking, at walking distance from Noci beautiful historic centre, and 30 mins away from the coast and Alberobello by car. Honestly, the BEST house I have ever rented on Booking or any other platform so far. Thanks Stefania for being such a great host.

If I had to name 1 thing, it would be the sofa bed on one of the double rooms, the mattress could be improved. The rest of the beds we used were extremely comfortable.
