"Hotel Perfekt, buchungsprozess"

Das Hotel perse war sehr gut. Schönes Hotel.

Die Webseite war nicht explizit genug und wurden 2 Zimmer gebucht, wenn im Prinzip nur eins genug ewesen wäre. Das war sehr enttäuschend.

La gentillesse incroyable du personnel ( mention spéciale à Saïd). La propreté et le design des lieux La vie imprenable depuis notre suite .

Un effort est à faire sur l’eau chaude. En effet l’eau de la douche était assez "tiède " par temps froids.

- Eau tiède : après la réclamation : il nous a dit attendre 15min mais elle était tjrs tiède . La salle de bain super froide - Pas de chauffage : après la réclamation, il n est pas monter en chambre - les linges des lit : poussière
