chambre bien , piscine petite mais bien déjeuner je sais pas nous sommes partit a 6h30 il devait nous donner en partant mais il l'ont pas fait désolant

l'accueil de celui qui nous a donner la chambre très désagréable , et le reste du personnel aussi sauf celui qui est au bar , le repas du soir immangeable froids il y a des personnes qui se plaignaient bon pour 10€ par personne .

Paid for airport pick up, no show. Upon calling them then informed me only then that the pick up having an issue and can’t come. They told me to take a taxi without help or guidance. After a short argument the gentlemen hung up on me. Paid the taxi myself and when arriving I was condescendingly called „the prince has arrived“ since I was complaining about the no show… I was educated on the circumstances and that this can happen anywhere when traveling. Then after I was offered a junior suite as apology I still had to pay city tax 16€ and still got a bad room.. never again

swimming pool & rooftop view

- bad WiFi; feedback but no use, asked us to reset, which did not help at all - air conditioning; not cool - the wall mould stains
