Beautiful property

Walls are bit thinner, you can hear banging next room

Polite behaviour of the staff. Particularly Mr Dragon. He is very polite and friendly.

The breakfast was varied and the staff was very friendly.

The manager was very rude when my husband suggested adding a handrail inside the bathroom or elevator for disabled guests to hold onto in case of an accident. He replied that we were only a 4-star hotel and couldn't do anything about it. However, Booking.com lists this hotel as a 5-star, which is why we booked it based on their reviews. Very disappointing 😞 and all the amenities like a swimming pool were occupied, so we had to go swim on the beach instead.

- персонал вежливый и отзывчивый - есть игровая комната для детей - уборка каждый день - отель в целом большой и есть где погулять и что посмотреть - вкусные завтраки - невероятные закаты - рядом два больших рынка с очень вкусной едой

- большой бассейн во дворе точно нуждается в лучшем уходе - район города, в котором расположен отель очень суетной - это, конечно, не совсем минус, но может подойти далеко не всем - пляж рядом с отелем неприемлем для купания
