Waymore Hotel Spa & Casino

The room was large, modern and clean. Great gym, spacious and well equipped, which is a big plus for me. Nice rooftop pool and, during my stay in low season, it was almost empty, so I almost had it to myself. Good food in the restaurant, and I also appreciated the atmosphere in the lobby where they had a big screen set up for the World Cup, which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, I did have a poor experience with room service. I ordered food and waited around 1.5 hours before calling again, only to be told that one of the items was unavailable. I was informed they had tried to contact me, but I had been in the shower and missed the call. It was disappointing that they didn’t try again or still deliver the rest of the order. I ended up reordering something else, and it took about 2 hours from my first order to receive the food. While I did receive an apology, there was no further compensation.

The front desk workers were really sweet, and the bartender guy who was really nice he made me feel welcome, and a couple of security guys they were nice to me too these are the ones I want admire oh and also shout out to environmental services cleaners they keep it tidy they're greatly appreciated too

Some of the attitudes a few girls were giving in some ways, like I understand if people can't speak Spanish are annoying sometimes but respect the fact if some of us are trying to learn, and there was a couple of guys workers I said hi to they just looked at me kind of in a stuck up way and I don't appreciate that, we're all human let's not act like your butt don't stink🙏 no matter how Good looking you think you are, nobody's perfect so humble yourself.

Gostei de tudo. O q faltou foi um pouco mais de atenção dos funcionários com relacao a academia pois nao tem uma música e quando pedia sumiam. A TV ainda nao é Smart algo ja ultrapassado. Porem hj ja existem vários aplicativos para o conforto do cliente . No mais, maravilhoso.
