The vibe and the host are just out of this world. You can feel how much heart and soul they pure into this accommodation. AND they really try to help whenever you can. On top: I felt really safe as a female solo traveller, which means something in Egypt.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec ma conjointe, et tout a été absolument parfait du début à la fin. La décoration est magnifique, très colorée, avec de nombreux éléments naturels comme des plantes et des structures en osier. L’atmosphère est chaleureuse, apaisante et pleine de charme. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les parties communes que dans la chambre. La chambre était bien climatisée, avec un lit confortable et propre — parfait pour une bonne nuit de repos. Depuis le toit, la vue est splendide, idéale pour se détendre. Les repas, que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner, étaient délicieux, copieux et servis avec beaucoup de soin. Le personnel a fait preuve d’une hospitalité remarquable, toujours souriant et attentionné. Des chats vivent paisiblement dans l’hôtel, ce qui ajoute une touche de douceur et rend le lieu encore plus accueillant, surtout pour les amoureux des animaux. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et reviendrons sans hésiter pour un séjour plus long.

这里提供的餐食非常丰盛和美味，很符合中国人的口味，老板和员工们总是很及时地问我们需不需要用餐。他们都非常热情友好，老板还帮忙免费叫出租车，以及帮我们预定一些行程。这里的一切都非常干净，总是看到他们在打扫，有一个非常舒适的院子，装饰非常漂亮。这是我住过的服务最好、性价比最高的民宿，如果再来卢克索，我一定会再次入住这里！非常推荐大家住在这里！

I booked three nights at this accommodation. December 25, 26, 27 but when I arrived the taxi driver could not find it. I went to another hotel and the staff earnestly tried to help me but could not find it. I called the number from Booking many times and others tried to do so but never any answer. Tried contacting through Booking but still no reply. As a result booked another accommodation which was very nice but lost the money I had paid for this one. This never happened with any hotel or guesthouse I have made with Booking. Is this place a scam? Or was there just some error? If an error they should have at least tried to reply or contact me.
