Bed and pillows not comfortable roman blinds not working couldn't cover windows hence light came it from outside bright lights, dogs on house near room

The view from the upper room was very nice. The host Candice tried to make the best of the situation.

Unfortunately in the first night it happened that there was a water leakage through a hole in our room. It was flooding the room, the cupboard and our luggage. Our camera and two powerbank got broken though this waterflooding. During the next days we had no running water in our accommodation. This meant that using the toilet, showering, washing hands, cooking, etc. was no longer possible. We used some water from the pool. Then the water was turned on again but the heater was broken, so only cold water. We have not received any compensation for these restrictions,
