Everything was clean (we left it the same way, less work for cleaning person đź‘Ť). We liked the private pool, it was cute and the communication with the rental management was quick, helpful and efficient.

The place was very clean almost everything you need to cook and light cleaning the location was amazing minutes from anything only 40 from Miami

There was nothing really major to complain about very pleasant first family trip for us

Space

As travelers visiting family we couldn’t have much guess, quiet hours were extremely early in fact the quiet alarm went off during the day time before quiet hours, no tvs in bedrooms, the bedroom bed lining were filthy me and my two Cuzn’s that came alone with me had to sleep on the living room couches until the next day, the dishwasher was filthy and infested with roaches, the sink was stopped up however nothing couldn’t get taken care of until the next day, which it happened but that wasn’t pleasant for the first day considering the fact that we traveled by car from Charleston, sc with the account of me being pregnant and the directions for access to the pool wasn’t correct so we couldn’t utilize the pool, this was my birthday weekend celebration and visiting family in Deerfield beach so I wasn’t to pleased the first night so we made the best of it, it. Could’ve been nice if the manager I spoke with honored me atleast some kind of compensation for the first night but she refused..
