Villa Casa Rosa, El Torcal

Wir haben im Oktober 2025 zwei Wochen in der Casa Rosa verbracht. Zu der Wohneinheit gehören ein Schlafzimmer, kleines Bad und eine große Wohnküche. Ebenso ein privater Außenbereich mit Zugang zur Waschmaschine und einem zweiten größeren Kühlschrank. Der Außenbereich bietet einen kleinen Pool mit Liegen und Außendusche sowie Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ebenso gibt es eine gemütliche Dachterrasse mit Blick in die umgebende Landschaft. Die Ferienunterkunft ist sorgfältig und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist funktionell und völlig ausreichend für einen Aufenthalt ausgerüstet. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche ist recht klein; wird aber ergänzt durch die große Kühl- und Gefrierkombi in der separaten Kammer im Innenhof. Es standen ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung; an Küchentuch und Schwamm war ebenso gedacht (haben wir schon häufiger anders erlebt in Unterkünften). Die Inhaber der Ferienunterkunft leben mit auf dem Grundstück. Wir haben sie als sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber kennen gelernt. Wer nun Sorge hat, dass man keine Privatsphäre hat, den kann ich beruhigen. Auch wenn man das Grundstück teilt, hat man dennoch einen eigenen blickgeschützten Bereich + Dachterrasse zur eigenen Verfügung. An die Gastgeber kann man sich aber jederzeit mit Fragen oder Anliegen wenden. Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft erfolgt über gewundene Bergstraßen. Ein Auto ist hier unerlässlich. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 12 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt in Almogia und Villanueva de la Concepcion. In der näheren Umgebung können wir auf jeden Fall Ausflüge zu El Torcal und Antequera empfehlen. Auch Granada, Malaga, Ronda und Cordoba sind gut erreichbar - allerdings mit etwas Geduld bis man größere Straßen erreicht. Das Navi leitet einen gerne auch mal über sehr kleine Straßen in schlechter Qualität oder verliert die Verbindung - es bietet sich an, Straßenkarten per Open Street Map noch als Backup auf dem Handy zu haben.

Everything was exceptional and I can't wait to return. Hans and Annelies were excellent hosts, ready with information, if and when required, but discreet. The location is superb, quiet and relaxing, if that's what you want, but also within reach of numerous towns and attractions. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking.

Se ci fossero le zanzariere alle finestre, e qualche armadio in più in cucina fosse il top...ma lo stesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti

Las luces, las luces de la casa, estaban pensadas principalmente para crear ambiente y cuando querías ver de verdad, no veías un carajo. Además las ubicaciones de las llaves de la luz eran un poco "trambolicas", parecía que estabas en una "scape room".

I wanted of the grid and I got more than I bargained for. I had no car , my mistake. The hoses were amazing. Couldn’t do enough even went out of their way to make my stay just perfect.The whole apartment just kept on giving. Out door space, roof top terrace, side gardens,pool and relaxing area, no one could wish for more . Attention to detail was outstanding, loved my time at Villa casa Rosa

Very warm welcome, caring and attentive hosts. The apartment has everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Rural location with the peace and quiet I was looking for, but in close proximity of nice hiking trails and town of Antequera. Perfect combination! Would love to return some day and definitely recommend to others.

my parents had a wonderful stay at villa casa rosa in the middle of nature, tranquility and pure air. the apartment is clean and well equipped with very kind attention, a free bottle of water and a bottle of wine. Annelies was my parents' guardian angel during this stay...on the way my parents got lost as it was their first trip to Spain, they lost the internet and therefore the GPS and found themselves lost, I explained the situation to Annelies who left to look for them in the next minute, she took care of them and helped them resolve all the concerns they had and above all she stayed in contact with me throughout the stay to reassure myself...I surely recommend it
