Location. Clean and tidy.

Couches are very uncomfortable, can feel every spring when you sit down. Hard to park in the garage because of the way the neighbours park in front of their houses.

The owner helped themselves and just walked in while I was upstairs. The couches are super uncomfortable, missing things like good bowels, and kitchen utensils, the cupboards are in a weird position, there's no cabinet or clothes dryer, which is important when it rains almost every day. Also, a lot of spiders. I liked that the lamps had no light bulbs, very useful. There's also spiders. And a small thing is that the TV is positioned, where you can only really see it from one spot on the couch. They message me saying they were fixing a plumbing issue while I was out; came back, and it wasn't fixed. While they were at it, they installed another light, which we weren't told about. So none of us felt like we had privacy, knowing they like to walk in and do whatever while we were staying. We could be sleeping or kids could be getting dressed.

The kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. And the washing machine was great! The vacuum was a bonus!

• When we first arrived to the property there was a paper bag full of rubbish out side the back. Water bottles everywhere and dirty used nappies looked like it was just thrown to the back of the house. My husband had to clean the rubbish which wasn’t his job to do. • The lounge chair was really run down and so uncomfortable! You might need to replace those. • Driveway is so tight… • There was no mop for cleaning the floor • Toilet seats were very loose

Location was perfect, comfortable home, very clean, great communication from the host.

Parking by house very small area for a hilux ute and couldn't work the garage so had to park on the road, luckily vehicle was fine in the morning. Worked out fine so I'm not complaining just noting.

Thank you for allowing us to stay. Will definately book again. Communication was very good

House was very clean, Bed was comfortable with clean sheets. It’s a great house for short stay. Great value for money.

Bedrooms were very hot as no air conditioning upstairs. Only a fan in the bedroom. Downstairs has AC. No pegs at the house if you want to dry clothes outside.

House itself was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable, perfect amount of bathrooms top of the range appliances. Great size house and garage for the car. Great location central to locations we were visiting. Short drive to auckland city centre amd airport. We didn't want to go home. We spent a week there. Family if 5 being 2 adults 3 kids housed us perfectly. Host was polite and helped with minor outside issues unrelated to the house. My children loved the home. Would definitely stay again. Lots of children in the housing lot playing which is nice.

No bin for the first five days but the neighbour seemed to have taken it, WiFi didn't connect but not really an issue as we were out all day home only for the night.
