Affordable Holiday Home !!

The property is clean, perfect for a short stay and it was not far from my NZ family’s residence.

The traffic around the area during peak hours and the parking. Really challenging to swivel between other cars parked outside other properties. Also, we rented a big van and it could barely fit the garage so we end up leaving it at my brother’s home address given there were already 4 cars parked along the driveway. A guest next door knocked on our door around 10:30pm to let us know they need to move their car at around 12:30am.

Beautiful and very clean home, perfect for my family of 5. Amazing bathrooms. Our family enjoyed a movie night on the two fold down couches in the sitting room too.

We couldn’t get the dish washer going or the hot water in the kitchen going to wash the dishes. There was also no instructions left. Didn’t like the fan heater on the second floor, would suggest a convention heater instead. However, we found that the heat pump on the floor level did flow up stairs as well which is nice.

Great shower pressure. Comfortable beds. Easy to find.

It was new and clean and enough space for our little family

I didn’t like that the water wasn’t set up when we arrived and I had to ring around and find how to fix it. Couldn’t park out front or in our shed most of the stay as the driveway was always blocked and our parks were always parked in. Neighbours PARTIED the last night we spent there till early hours of Sunday morning stay wasn’t very great at all. Would never recommend and would never come back. Should have house as a rental place not holiday home as the people who live in the complex are very rude and don’t care if you are there for only 2 days and paying so much more.

Heatpump wouldn't work, but the owners supplied us with heaters.

That it was spacious and newly painted. Bed was comfy .

No hot water for half of our stay as the mains were turned off when we got there. That the drive way kept getting blocked from neighbour's and we were unable to get our car out most of the time. Couldn't park in the garage as the motorized opening was broken and had to be opened from the inside manually which was inconvenient. That there wasn't enough toilet paper for the amount of guests. We couldn't get the front door Palm electric key pad to unlock straight away it was taking us 5 entries for it to unlock so that was also an inconvenience. House was cold and ended up with a cold after the first night. No lock on door from garage to house so if someone was to get into garage they would enter the house easily which made us feel not very secure.

surprising 3 toilets was a highlight! especially the “Harry Potter cupboard” as ours kids named it.

neighbourhood zones were echoing through the night being a 7 housing complex it was expected to some extent
