Beaver Run 1 Bedroom Condo

Nice spacious, clean and well-appointed dog friendly apartment .

Our stay at Beaver Run was perfect! The hosts were great and contacted me ahead of time with accurate information/instructions. They were very accessible throughout our stay. The condo is great and has everything you need, comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen, fireplace, tv, comfortable couch, nice shower, free bottle of wine :), there were even bowls for our dog. The Beaver Run complex is awesome, nice pool, tons of hot tubs, gym, game room, restaurants and convenience store on site, covered parking ($12/night), and about a 10 minute walk from the main street of Breckenridge. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Breck, highly recommend.

Close to ski lifts. Self contained with kitchen equipment sufficient to make great meals. Nice, comfortable bed and living/kitchen areas. Charming gift (a bottle of wine) on our arrival much appreciated. Use of the ski lockers at Beaver Run Resort.

It was difficult to keep water from escaping from the shower onto the bathroom floor, behind the toilet cistern, despite the shower curtain being used.

It was very conveniently located! It’s cutely decorated and right next to the stairs and elevators, so easy access to all the things. The managers were prompt in response.

The pull out couch’s mattress protector was dirty and had not been cleaned. The pull out mattress had definitely been soiled upon. There were not extra linens available. And since this condo wasn’t managed by the resort but by a third party, we had to wait till purchased items could be delivered. Which we then had to wash ourselves. There was a dirty fork with food on it under the pull out couch as well as a dirty sock. The oven was smoky when we tried to use it. The condo stayed very very warm to the point that it was uncomfortable. It wouldn’t go below 72, but felt much hotter. We had to turn the heat off completely throughout our stay to avoid getting too warm. The first night that we left it on we all got sweaty. We weren’t sure what was going on with the furnace wires, so we just put the bar stools in front of them to keep our youngest from messing with them.

Great location. Close to ski lifts. Very nice and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.
