Really lovely staff who helped us with all we needed. Had a great time staying here.

Location was excellent close to the river and plenty of restaurants cafes etc. Friendly staff and lovely building with lots of windows and a balcony. Great breakfast.

Nothing. The alley by our room was used by motorcycles as a cut through but you can’t change that.

Location is just where you need to be . There are more restaurants snd bars within five minutes walk than you can possibly use.

The location was great, close to everything. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. They provided free drinking water during the whole stay. We used the laundry and transfer services from the hotel which were accurate and great.

The payment was a disaster. You must bring USD in cash in order to avoid the following unpleasant situations: 1. paying by card comes with an additional 3%, 2. the owner fabricates a magical exchange rate which is extremely far away from the real exchange rate, currently 1 usd = 20500 kip, but your amount will be changed like 1 usd = 23000 kip, so in the end you will be charged in kip and by 12% more than the expected value. I should have paid 96 usd for 4 nights but eventually I paid 111 usd because of these additional modifications (+12% and +3%). Cockroaches are all over the place, we found many of them during our stay. The bed is extremely hard, every morning we woke up with a neck pain, it is very uncomfortable. We asked for a quiet room and got a noisy one, after the requested change we got an other noisy one with even worse facilities.

Rooms were not like the photos. It was very noisy due to the staff and others at the hotel. Our laundry was lost for about 24 hours but luckily found before we had to check out.

I liked that it was within walking distance to the river, night market, and restaurants. They helped arrange tours around the area too. They took really good care of us.

Location was good. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Cash only. The staff at the reception were a little bit awkward. Like they didn’t really knew everything. Could be my interpretation. But it looked like that. Also had 2 cockroaches in my room.
