Casa Palmu apartment - A peaceful and relaxing oasis in Golf del Sur, Tenerife

Location, view, equipment, contact with the Owners... everything was perfect!

There is nothing to complain.

Excellent property in the quiet area with very short distance to the restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped and nicely furnished, with beautiful decorations on the walls. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

It was nice and homely and comfortable. It has everything you would need for a stay. There were nice touches of the coffee pods and some varieties of teabags as well as toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets, dish cloths and a tea towel. There was a water filter tap in the kitchen which meant we didn’t have to buy bottled water. The kitchen was well equipped and compact. The rooms are clean and nicely laid out. The shower had a good power to it and was spacious. It was interesting as there are showers at both ends so two people could shower at the same time! There was a nice glimpse of the sea from the balcony which was nice to sit and eat on.

The only complaint were the pillows on the bed were the worst! The main bed pillow was like a solid brick. The bed itself was comfortable. We luckily enough borrowed two pillows from friends, then slept like logs! The towels were fine but perhaps a bit tired and maybe two more towels wouldn’t have gone a miss. Otherwise everything was great.

Good location. A small parade of restaurant bars just outside the complex with several more within a 10 minute stroll. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and apartment very well finished; lovely double shower. Various electrical sockets have USB ports built in meaning no need to take UK adaptors. Decent size balcony getting the morning sun. Tip: if you need a taxi back to the airport (or anywhere else) just pop into reception of the large hotel opposite and they will arrange for one straight away.

Personal choice this one: I would have preferred a double cover on the bed instead of two singles covers.

The Apt was fantastic, had every creature comfort anyone could need. Great size balcony overlooking the pool & sea view. Perfect apt for a couple looking for a relaxing break.

Everything was great, probably should have requested a second key as the area is gated & access is by key only so had to stick together

The location is excellent as it's very central. Several bars/restaurants nearby, can walk to the seafront in 10 mins and can walk to San Blas in 15 mins. The pool area was lovely and quiet with plenty of sunbeds. The apartment is lovely and very well equipped.

Although the daily upkeep of the communal grounds is very good - pool area, gardens etc..- the general buildings are a bit shabby in places. Plaster coming off walls, floor tiles broken etc..

The appartment itself was beautiful and had everything we needed - even inflatables for the kids. The terrace was large with a seating and dining area that we loved. The area is very quiet with some lovely restaurants a 10/15 min walk away. If you have young kids I would recommend a car for getting around.

There was no pool bar/restaurant open which was advertised. This was disappointing especially with young kids. The pool area was very quiet (this would suit some people) but was lacking in atmosphere/holiday feeling for us. Also the pillows were like rocks! Also one key was a nightmare for a family of four - if my husband went for coffee or walk, he had ring me to go let him into the complex (couldn’t even come to the pool area to us without one)

The apartment is in a beautiful location, restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, we tried loads and all were fab. The hosts have thought of everything when it comes to the apartment, from providing beach towels to washing pods etc. The just was also very quick in responding to any questions or problems we had.

Nothing loved it all

Apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Good internal facilities with plenty of equipment to use and modern. Location was great.

Apartment is very good however external areas in complex are a bit tired. Only a couple of minor criticisms. TV had no English channels- it did have Netflix/You Tube etc. Also only one set of keys. Difficult if you are not both going out/going to pool together at same time as you have to co-ordinate getting in through the outside gate etc. Points are minor however would have helped. Everything else was ideal.
