Sky Park Tower 1, luxury apartment with free parking

The property is located within a 15–20 minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Bratislava on foot. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, clean, warm, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The building has 30 floors, and the top floor features a beautiful rooftop terrace with a stunning panoramic view of the city — a real highlight. One major advantage is the underground parking space, which is extremely valuable in this area and added an extra level of convenience during our visit.

Just a few days before our arrival, we were informed that maintenance on the air conditioning would take place between 8:00 and 10:00 AM – conveniently right after the free cancellation period ended, meaning we would lose all our money. Despite clearly explaining that we were on vacation and did not want to be disturbed, the property management refused to reschedule, showing blatant disrespect and zero consideration for us. To make things even worse, the maintenance team didn’t even bother to show up at the time they announced. They arrived much later, making us lose half a day of our holiday. They didn’t speak a single word of English, yet expected us to sign documents for the work they performed — and, of course, nobody from the property showed up to assist or take responsibility. We were left completely on our own to deal with their mess. Even after reporting the issue to Booking.com, the property management believed that offering a simple ‘late check-out’ would somehow compensate for all the inconvenience and lost time — a gesture that felt completely inadequate and showed a total lack of understanding of the actual problem On top of all this, the property management doesn’t inform you from the beginning that you’ll be forced to register on a separate platform (their own) and provide personal data just to be able to check in. This should be clearly disclosed upfront, not hidden until after you’ve already booked. If I had known any of this in advance, I would have never booked here — not even as a last resort. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like an afterthought, losing your vacation time, being asked to sign papers for strangers who don’t speak your language, and navigating unnecessary third-party platforms for check-in. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, misleading, and utterly disappointing considering the potential the property has.

Fresh and clean apartment with unbelievable view of the city. I highly recommend booking this accomodation. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town of Bratislava. Having free parking is a big plus.

The check-in process was a little confusing as the person we picked up the keys from did not speak a word of English. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

I travelled for business, so I did not spend much time in the flat, but overall it was very nice. The view is great and if it were not in winter, I would have spend more time outside. Clean and nicely decorated. Great communicatino with hosts.

There is like 6 identical buildings. I recommend checking on maps which building it is.
