Everything was great inside

The car parking was very bad

Nice apartment

Water pressure low so shower either too cold or too hot, and we had children. Balcony was water logged, and the neighbours where fighting and threatening to stab and kill each other at 2.30am and onwards all night, keeping us awake and scared.

Very nice apartment. Reasonably clean. Nice area.

They charge extra for parking. They have a deposit system of £250 which if you only use AMEX (which is the card used to book the place) as a card you have to pay cash up front via bank transfer and they have 14 days to do a refund. The upstairs apartment guests were noisy up to about 1PM and kept us awake. Thin floors! It felt a little like the mint team have had bad guests and need to cover their costs in case and good guests need to deal with this. I would have scored higher on the apartment alone but the overall experience was poor.

Decor and ease of access. Felt like home away from home.

There was no heating in the bathroom so it was quite chilly.
