Chakas Rock Chalets Unit 6

Nice locotion and accomodation.

The unit was not ready at 14h00 for book in. It seems the manager did not expect geusts as we could not gain access to the complex apon arrival and after sevrral phone calls we we allowed in. The unit was ready after more than 2 hours delay. The manager made poor excuses but did not offer an appology!

The place was comfortable and clean . The staff was friendly.

It was convenient to get to and right next door to the play area so the kids loved it! When we had a problem it was sorted in no time. Clean and had everything you needed.

Everything was amazing. The unit was so clean and set out so nicely. Equipped with everything that we needed. We had a great time.

I have no complaints.

The common areas didn't allow our dog which was on a leash and well behaved, eg. the pool which had no sign saying no dogs, some of the property owners were very rude and we were only sitting in the shade, we thereafter left the area

Loved the cleanliness and location of the unit on the property. We could see the entire sea from our chalet. The view in the morning was so calm and relaxing. The unit had everything we needed. We would definitely go back to this same unit.
