Muy cerca del aeropuerto, muy limpio, bien decorado, música suave, los empleados son muy serviciales y nos ayudaron en todo, nos cambaron dinero que ya no teníamos.. Nos tranquilizaron ante una situación de estrés

Right from entering the hotel to leaving I had a five-star experience. Staff, especially the two Muhammad's, are brilliant. I was given a complimentary upgrade. This aside, the customer service, food, service with a smile, was truly outstanding. Dare I say better than a 5-star hotel.

The room door would not lock because of a technical glitch with the system. This is not a criticism at all. No fault of their own. Still, they were accommodating and apologised for the inconvenience. I left my door unlocked. I had entire trust and faith in the staff. They are amazing people.

We chose it for its proximity to the airport and were pleasantly surprised by the clean, well-maintained rooms and the level of service from the staff. From arrival to check-out the process was smooth; the front desk were courteous and helpful.

Smart english speaking staff. Good restaurant, everything new and clean.
