Difficult to park on arrival but did find space in adjacent street

It was very spacious and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The internet worked on all the tv's and the heating and gas worked fine for us. The location was not too bad as there was a tram stop not too far away, it was also a quiet location. The arcade in the living room was also a brilliant touch!

Nothing major but we had to replace a battery in one of the bedrooms remotes, to unplug the bath was a bit of a pain but staff told us how this was done and the toilet flush just needs a little work, apart from that I'd definitely stay again.

Gynn Stays - Apartment One: A Clean and Great Value Family Stay in Blackpool Our family recently enjoyed a comfortable one-night stay at Gynn Stays - Apartment One, and we were very pleased with our experience. The apartment was noticeably clean, which is always a top priority when traveling with children. It immediately made us feel at ease and allowed us to relax and focus on enjoying our Blackpool trip. For what we paid, we felt Gynn Stays offered excellent value for money. It provided ample space for our family and had everything we needed for a short stay. While our visit was brief, the positive impression of the apartment has led us to confidently recommend it to others, especially families looking for a clean and budget-friendly base for their Blackpool adventure. We would certainly consider staying here again for future trips.

Warning high chance they won’t repay full deposit. I left apart before 10am, my car in street so we walked into town on return I realised I’d left a piece of jewellery and as blinds were as we left them knew cleaner hadn’t been in so went in for 3 mins to retrieve item husband waited outside. Owner thought I had late check out but explained the situation but still held onto my money! Not a very kind person. Jacuzzi Bath doesn’t work, power was on at main switch. Had to use a knife to get plug out of bath and toilet does not flush properly. A long walk into town too. No heating on, no control so was chilly at night time.

The property has been finished to a lovely standard. We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept very well. Good location just a short 5 minute walk to a tram stop then 2 stops from the main thoroughfare. A bonus having smart TVs in the rooms and living rooms too. We’d definitely return!

The only small thing was we couldn’t get the hot water to run long enough to run a bath for our little one. But not a huge deal as she just had a shower instead.
