Good views, all facilities available

The car parking outside the unit was taken by the owner or someone else. You won't be able to fit a large SUV in the garage. We could find a little Toyota AQUA rental that was able to accommodate. I won't book next time if parking outside the unit is not available.

The apartment is a wonderful location .You can breakfast at the balcony with lake view.Just a few minutes' drive to the Queenstown centre and frankton Town Centre. The apartment is well equipped. There's only trouble for us,we need to walk upstairs and downstairs .😅

Lakefront Living was in a quiet spot away from the township with stunning views from balconies over two levels. The apartment was comfy, spacious and clean and the location perfect for us.

Blackout curtains in addition to the blind already there in bedroom number 2 would have been appreciated as the light from the car park area behind made it hard to sleep. An extra saucepan or two would also have been great for cooking meals in the apartment.

It's a spacious location with large living and 2 bed rooms each good size. Beds are comfortable. It's 10min drive distance from town centre and same from airport

Haven't provided garage door remote making us climb 3-storeys everytime we need to access. It's more like a punishment and hassle to use than comfort. Also the garage space is so confined we can barely open the door to access. House doesn't have dishwashers which is very rare with modern accommodations. The list of to-do's are too demanding from the guest with the kind of facilities provided.

The view is great, the bed and sofa are very comfortable, and the balcony is a nice bonus. Everything is clean and tidy. The bathtub has a spa function, and the keypad lock is very convenient.

The kitchen fridge is too small, and the range hood doesn’t work well. The sink is very small, and since there’s no dishwasher, you have to wash the dishes yourself, but there isn’t enough space to place them after washing. The guest bedroom curtains let in too much light, and there’s a streetlamp outside that shines in all night. The master bedroom curtains are very thin, so the sunlight wakes you up at 5:30 AM, making it difficult to get proper rest. Communicating with the host didn’t help, and the curtain issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. On the last night, I had to add a blanket over the curtains myself just to sleep properly. Overall, considering the price, it wasn’t really worth it.

The location is absolutely stunning! The host made it very easy to find and very easy to contact if needed. It’s a great place to stay with Queenstown less than 10 minutes away and Frankton on the other side. The inside of the home is also very nice and well taken care of especially when it’s cold. Enjoyed everything about it.

Too much instructions about tidying about bedrooms before checking out, and made people easily misunderstanding that the guests must do the cleaning up tasks before departure.
