The apartment was clean, bathroom large, good shower. Kitchen ok, large fridge/freezer, had everything you need for a few days stay, but not much space. Bed comfy. Mercadona within a stones throw, 2 bars opposite, although we only popped into one of them, they were busy most of the time. On arrival the door code didn't work, called and was helped straight away with a new code.

Entrance door and window are the only openings in the apartment. No natural light, once inside we felt quite trapped. Outside space, as you can see on the photos has metal bars, making it feel like a cage, view was not great, cars, onto a small square, lots of people walking past, backwards and forwards. We booked this apartment as it had 2 beds, unfortunately the sofa bed was not prepared. We asked for it to be done, the reply was that as it was booked for 2 people they only made up one bed. If we wanted the linen for the sofa bed it would be at an extra charge of €30. After questioning they finally agreed to drop off the linen the next day. They did drop off the linen, no quilt and no extra pillows, so we couldn't use the sofa bed, which incidentally is right next to the double bed, so if you're 2 couples, there is zero privacy. We only stayed 2 out of the 7 nights booked, we found a different apartment by the Oceanografic area. In my opinion this apartment might be ok for a couple of nights, as a bolt hole, but not somewhere you want to spend much time in.

Very convenient location, very close to a large supermarket and within walking distance of both Turia Park and the sea (up to a 30-minute walk), with a public transport stop nearby for easy access to the city center. The apartments have everything you need for comfortable living and cooking. Also, Osito Hub has very caring staff who are always on hand to help with any questions.

Since the apartments are on the ground floor, there is quite a lot of noise from the street, even late at night, so keep this in mind if you are traveling with children who are sensitive sleepers.

Fijn appartement waar alles aanwezig is, zelfs een wasmachine en keukengerei om in het appartement te eten. Vanaf het metrostation is het minder dan 10 minuten lopen naar het appartement. In de omgeving genoeg supermarkten/restaurants aanwezig. De buurt voelde veilig aan, ook in de avond. Locatie: Pintor Nicolau

Doordat er matglas in de deur/ramen zaten mis je natuurlijk daglicht.

Es un lugar acogedor, muy limpio y agusto . Cuenta con utensilios de cocina, toallas, jabón, champú. La atencion muy buenas, responden al momento y no te dejan con ninguna duda. Las chicas que me atendieron fueron muy amables
