Good size 2 bed 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 shower room. Equipped kitchen and good size lounge/diner. Private garden with outside seating and 2 loungers. Gated secure entrance with underground parking

Few tiny issues with main entrance gate key and leaking taps but none to cause problem. An elderly parent was due to accompany but changed mind at last minute due to unforeseen issues. This turned out to be a blessing as the apartment is up a challenging walk (hill) back from the main shopping area which she could not have coped with. It would also have been very difficult to push her in her wheelchair. In truth we are 60 and even we found the return walk difficult. That said the walk to the town was only about 15/18 minutes passing a small convenience shop with bakery opposite. Turn right out of the main entrance. To the end and turn left. Down the hill (straight over at merged roads) shop on right, bakers on left. There is a Number 26 bus stop right outside the apartment if you can utilise this route. During your stay, if any of your party like a decent shop, we can highly recommend Bazar de Povo in the main shopping area. But there is another called MULTIMARK on the outskirts (we got a BOLT for €8.50) a fantastic all encompassing store) clothes, eveningwear, underwear, shoes, handbags, makeup, garden items, household items, party items Enormous shop and well worth the visit however not walkable but there are buses close by but I didnt look up a route. The Bolt was good value. Enjoy your stay it's a nice apartment

Very cozy apartment with a nice terrace. The location is great. Recommend!

Lovely comfortable apartment. There were 5 of us and we fit in there with no problem. The electric grill is super, no need to light coals. And the flat is a 15 minute walk to the city center. Note that one bathroom has access through the bedroom.

The grill was dirty from previous guests before we arrived, but they came and cleaned it on the day of my request.

big space and comfort

very modern and clean throughout. Not too far from the Center of Funchal, just set back into the hillside. Great amenities, I can’t rate it well enough. I would definitely book the apartment again.

I wasn’t sure if the apartment had a dedicated car parking space in the car park. this would have been useful to know, but equally we should have asked the question in the first place!

Location was perfect, 15-20 minute walk to the centre. Clean, big enaugh for family (4 persons). Quiet place. Very nice - we were very satisfied.

One of the best apartments I stayed, very clean, well localized and well-equipped.
