Maria & Matthias - Apartments in Central of Floriana

Location is great, very close to the park, close to all the bus stations. There is a bakery right next door. Bed is comfortable, self check in is very easy. Kitchen is very tidy and there is everything you need there. Air conditioning was great and there is one in each room. Plenty of space in the bedroom.

the door locks are stuck so it is a bit challenging to unlock them. there is only a kettle for hot water, no coffee maker. half the lights don't work. the water pressure in the shower is very low. the balcony door is very difficult to open. The sink in the bathroom is very small.

... apartmani s ovakvim zahodom i tušem kakvi se nalaze u apartmanu ne bi smjeli imati uporabnu dozvolu.

Posizione pazzesca, zona molto pulita e curata. Stanza molto pulita e accogliente. bella vista dal balcone.

il palazzo non è in perfetto stato ma idoneo per il prezzo pagato. Consiglio di controllare le lampadine, molte fuori uso ma sono sicuro che è stata una svista

Доста близко до Валета, разположението позволява пешеходна разходка по всяко време. Паркирането е безплатно. Леглата бяха удобни. Квартала е безопасен.

Квартала е тих до 18 часа, след това идват феновете на местен футболен отбор, които имат свое клубно заведение точно под квартирата и започва шумна веселба до късните часове на нощта, понякога до 1 часа през нощта. Ако планувате да поспите преди полета си в 3 часа през нощта, няма да стане. Сградата, в която се намира апартамента е стара, историческа, затова не очаквахме големи удобства. Но пригодяването към съвременни удобства е много неуспешно. Банята не е никак удобна, тясна и неугледна, наводнява коридора. Може да се сложи една кафе машина.

Solo la posizione

L' appartamento si trova in uno stabile vecchio che necessita di manutenzione. Un pò complicato trovare le chiavi, essendoci anche un altro numero 3, e le serrature, sia del portone dello stabile che dell'appartamento sono difficili da aprire. Porta d' ingresso stretta, non ci passi con lo zaino in spalla, nell'appartamento qualcosa è stato rinnovato ma resta tanto da fare, soprattutto alle porte e ai serramenti, quello della camera non chiude bene. Scarsa la pulizia. Poche le dotazioni in cucina. Subito sotto la camera, c' è un club sportivo, quando è aperto si sente la musica e le vibrazioni. La prima notte, vista una vittoria sportiva, hanno messo le casse fuori e fatto musica dalle 18.00 con tavolini fuori fino a notte inoltrata. Il punteggio basso non dipende tanto da questo fatto perchè capisco che la struttura non ne abbia colpa, ma è inutile inviare prima del soggiorno tanti lunghi messaggi con regole e supplementi e assistenza h24, per poi, quando succede qualcosa, mandare un generico messaggio di scuse e poi non farsi sentire per ore, alla fine sono stata io a chiamare la polizia. il prezzo è decisamente troppo alto per ciò che viene offerto, una delle peggiori strutture dove siamo stati.

De locatie is fantastisch. Binnen no time ben je lopend in het drukke centrum. Parkeren kan gratis rondom het appartement.

De doucheruimte is ontzettend smal. Weinig waterdruk. En het appartement is vrij gehorig voor geluiden van buitenaf.
