Cozy 2-Bed Apartment for 3 in La Latina

The apartment is as described. The space very well distributed, and has 2 complete bathrooms which made it very comfortable for us. The location is excellent, right on a main avenue with easy access to everything, but the building still secluded enough so is not noisy. The building access also felt very secure for ladies traveling alone. Everything seems brand new and well kept. The renting company was also very responsive at all times.

It doesn't have a balcony to seat outside. But it's not a must.

Very clean and very quiet. Loved the blackout shades. Beds were comfortable and apartment had everything we needed for our 3 night stay

No counter space in bathroom, water got shut off mid shower while I was rinsing the shampoo out of my hair and didn’t get turned back on until late the next morning. Check in is not super smooth. Difficulty getting call through to agent when we needed them for check in and when water got turned off and no address on listing (just the street name but no number) so cab driver didn’t know where to take us until I finally got through to someone to give me the address. This should be on the listing to reduce chaos.

L'emplacement en plein centre de Madrid est vraiment appréciable. L'appartement est nickel, comme s'il n'avait jamais servi. C'est décoré avec goût et le matériel est de qualité. Vraiment une belle expérience !

A la base je trouvais le prix un peu cher, mais comme Madrid est devenu hors de prix depuis 3 ans, ça correspond aux tarifs...et la prestation est vraiment au niveau donc ça compense un peu.

Air condition didn’t work , not enough coffee , not comfortable beds , no enough duvet

The property was very comfortable and attractive, in a quiet location within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol.

Great location, two metro stations nearby. Great breakfast spots all around. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and quiet.
