The location.

Parking does not provide direct access to lobby, just to the casino, allowing you to get wet under rain, staff at the reception during checking did not even look at me, breakfast on Sunday starts at 7 and finishes at 10am, but the waiting line is so long that because the checkout is at 11, you need to check out before having any breakfast (so, we got breakfast outside) plus there is only one elevator to the rooms, and you need to wait long time at the check out time because the cleaning staff is using it. Finally, the password did not work. The only positive aspect of the hotel is the location. Recommending not going there. Definitively, I won't do it.

Todo: el servicio, la limpieza, la comodidad del cuarto, la ubicación, el desayuno es exquisito y variado y la amabilidad de todos los que allí laboran. La vista del balcón del cuarto qué nos tocó era hermosa.

En cuanto a la acera para ir al elevador debe ser un poco más ancha para las personas que usan silla de ruedas. La curva está algo estrecha. Estamos planificando volver con mi tía que está en silla de ruedas y eso sería un problema.
