CITY & MOUNTAIN VIEW 5 Mins from downtown Gatlinburg

Close to town, but absolute killer hill so went and paid for parking. Pool was nice and gated. Deep pool where kids could be kids.

Apartment was a little dirty. Shower had previous tenants bar soap still in shower. Lighting was ok but dark. Beds were way to hard. Balcony door is broke , but fixed it enough to go in and out. Do not look under couch.. hasn't been cleaned in a while. Tvs would not work.

Was told I could check in at 5am a month in advance, arrived to only find out I wasn’t able to and had been up over 24 hours, traveling 10 hours and left with no room for another 8 hours. Also had no warning about the level we would be staying on, didn’t know it only had stair and had my handicap father-in-law with us. Nothing on the listing states that it’s stairs only or to request a floor one in advance. Never received and information through this app or my phone about check in or check out information. Dining room table only had 3 chairs and was so tight in area with couch and bar stools you couldn’t eat at it. Handle on porch door is broken so couldn’t go on balcony. Outside porch lights, front and back door do not work.

Everything! Location and cleanliness.

Chairs are breaking down. Mattress of the main bedroom is not decent.
