Loved it was oceanfront

All the pools were closed

I was alittle skeptical about coming into the lobby but going inside the room I was very pleased, the 5th floor had a perfect view of the ocean

We loved the room very clean and comfortable lovely view of the ocean great location the staff were very nice and helpful.

Everything was great except hot tub was not working .

I didn't like not having full access to use all entrance and exit doors and the pool being closed

I liked the view of the beach. And the property looks like the pictures.

Elevator was not working

The unit itself was immaculate, comfortable, oceanfront, exactly as described. Owner was quick to respond to questions or issues (we only had 1 minor that was addressed immediately). Loved our time in the room relaxing and watching movies, reading, painting rocks, cooking together, or simply relaxing! The lazy river was great for reading a good book while staying a little cooler in the hot temperatures. Spent hours doing this every day as it was also not crowded.

There was nothing that we disliked about the unit itself. The actual building was ok. 1 elevator to our side of the building was out of order, trash chutes were not working, and the outdoor pool was never opened when we were there. (Staff kept saying “it will be open any day now”, but it did not open). There were lots of days where yellow tape was blocking part of the driveway, large containers of laundry were in the main hallway all week, trash was overflowing in the outdoor trash area. However, given that we were simply passing through hallways and driveways when going into the unit or out to the lazy river/pier/shopping, these things were not critical to the quality of our stay. And none of these things were under the control of the unit owner. But again - the unit itself was great!!

The ladies in front desk were rude. When asking for towels or trash bags they would fuzz. The pool my kids got to use once out of the four days there and only half hour out of order the rest of the stay. And that water park across the way was a joke staff was rude and it hardly had water. If your like me that have kids who love the pool and beach this is not the place for you. Recomend the resorts down the road.

We loved the room it was really beautiful! Very clean & has a great view! It was also a great price.

We weren’t sure where to place the trash because the hotel was having problems with their garbage chutes, The ice machine was down and the outside pool was also closed down.
