Spacious and modern with basic kitchen and bathroom items. Was a comfortable stay for us in the coldest winter spell in Fairbanks.

Bedrooms get super hot if you don't turn the thermostat down in the living room

"Good location and well laid out."

The room was comfortable and well laid out.

One evening during our stay, there was construction work happening around 7 PM, but it stopped promptly after we contacted the administrator. Additionally, the rental agency requests that guests strip the beds and place used towels in the washing machine before checkout. Although it's not required and merely appreciated, the request felt somewhat unusual.

Large clean comfortable condo with full sized rooms. It was nice to have room to spread out in the middle of our month long trip in Alaska. Full sized washer & dryer in the garage were useful.
