Spacious apartment, well equipped. Directly in the city center, close to the beach. Many restaurants, bars, and a couple of supermarkets are also very close. Very nice owner.

Really central, 2 minute walk from the beach. It’s a quiet building, but if you walk for 5 mins down the road you can have the choice of the busy lively area. You have the both options of quiet and busy whichever you prefer on the day.

There is no lift, which didn’t bother us.

Absolutely everything. Central location, the apt was exactly as in the pictures. The owner prepared some snacks and wine to give us a warm welcome and it has been really appreciated. The apt was fully equipped and theres nothing you should bring with you from home as it has everything. Wifi worked well plus you had also Netflix ready to use. Nice view from the balcony. K. has been a star, we had a small issue and in a few minutes he managed to come home and help us out. I would defo recommend this place. Thank you again!!

"Nice beach vacation at Tenerife"

We stayed at this apartment for 12 days and had a nice vacation, first of all, due to Kubo who was a great host and was always ready to help in any question at any time. This flat was big enough for our family with three kids. Two bedrooms, a bath and a kitchen are clean and packed with utilities you need for a comfy daily routine. The living room is pretty big for having calm mealtimes and for chilling on a couch (which could be transformed into an extra bed). A powerful fan helped us to „survive“ the extreme summer heat inside and two sun umbrellas were very useful at the beach. We also had a nice sea view from our balcony at the ocean and mountains. The house is situated near the busy port, so we had many shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and clubs pretty close to it.

We missed a wardrobe (some hooks for clothes, shelves for shoes) and a sitting place at the corridor.
