"Ideale Altbauwohnung in einer Top-Lage für Kopenhagen-Besuch"

Für die Wohnung spricht klar die Lage 50m vom Nyhaven, alles zentral sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen um Kopenhagen zu erkunden. Wer will kann mit HopOnBus (hält vor der Tür) oder Fahrrad dies auch tun. Parkplatz 300m entfernt aber eben angepasste Preise! Ansonsten eine geräumige Altbauwohnung mit 3 SZ, zentralem Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch. Vermieter ist grds. gut online zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist in einem älteren Gebäudequartier, mit Innenhof. Fahrstühle werden temporär noch angebaut. Wenn der Vermieter sich meine Hinweise annimmt, kümmert er sich um die Türen und Inventar (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine). Wir kamen mit dem einen Bad (Wohnung im 2. OG) zu 6 gut klar.

- l'emplacement , central pour les visites et activité : on a tout fait à pied - Le confort de l'appartement - Le calme

- La réfection de la douche est nécessaire - Le linge de toilette était trop fin, avec aussi des taches résiduelles, ce qui est très désagréable - Il y avait de la poussière (trop) à certains endroits
