Nyhavn Apartments - Luxurious 3-4 bedroom apartments

The location is perfect!

Only big fluffy bedspreads. No sheets. It was too warm at night.

Very comfy beds and an excellent location. The apartment had everything we needed.

The creaky floors, but soon became used to them.

The location

I would not recommend this apartment. Apart from the location, it wasn't great. The floors are incredibly loud with every single step you take, there's no being quite when people are sleeping and it was extremely annoying. There is only one bathroom and it had mould on the tiles & felt very dirty. The towels are thin & small (felt like I was using a bath mat to dry myself and I'm only a small person). The apartment was stuffy & hot with no temperature control options. There was no tea towel provided or laundry liquid (minor things, but expect when a kitchen & washing machine is provided). The host was very vague in communication when I asked about the washing machine they didn't seem to even know what was available in the apartment, and wasn't able to provide any recommendations at all for restaurants nearby which I thought was strange. Overall our stay was passable mainly due to the location but absolutely not worth the high cost of the apartment.

Very good location at Nyhavn. Spacious apartment with good layout, plenty of rooms, and all needed facilities. Easy check-in and check-out. Good option for bigger groups who need bigger flat and multiple bedrooms.

There is a bar right below the first-floor apartment which plays music very loud until midnight or 1am depending on weekday, and you can clearly hear music, bass and noise from bar inside the apartment. It was very hard to sleep without earplugs.

The only shower in the flat accessible only through one of the bedrooms. Also my fault I didn’t check but would have never expected that a flat for 8 ppl only had one bathroom. The sofa bed was stained all over and quite some dust around. No option to leave luggages after check out included

The apartment has several good points, including apartment is quiet, clean and comfortable. Location is convenient, room spaces are big. Shower water is strong enough. However, the floor will make a noise when people walk.

Good location, clean.

Overall the apartment is good, it was clean, and location is very central. Unfortunately we had an issue with dish washer and how things unfold. I would appreciate a feedback from Booking.com about it. The dish washer was broken since our arrival, with smoke and smell of burning coming out of it. We immediately reported and were asked not to use it anymore, it was confirmed by the staff that the machine was broken. During our stay of four days we had to wash everything for breaksfast and dinner for eight people by hand. The apartment was cleared not prepared for that (no place to let things dry, not enough dishcloth etc), and it was a lot of hand work and time from our vacations with 4 kids that we shouldn't be spending on that. But these things can happen and we adapted. I asked (via the booking communication channel) if we could do a late check-out as a courtesy, but it was not possible due to other guests arriving. Then I asked if we could get some sort of compensation for the issue, and was told first I should rate the experience as 10, and later we would talk about it. This was to ensure that I wouldn't give them another rate after compensation, as it happened already with others. I went on asking more about the compensation, and they said it would be "up to the boss". This is totally unethical and I wonder how many good reviews are driven by this sort of "agreement". We would have rated the accommodation as good anyway, as broken devices can happen. But unethical behavior does not leave room for that.

Property was spacious and well decorated. Rooms were comfortable. Location was ideal.

The coffee machine didn’t work and was leaking. The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade or at least a new, clean shower curtain.
