The pictures match exactly with the property in real. We had an amazing stay here. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Food was delicious, served piping hot! Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Among several properties for stay La Requiza-Dhanaulti was way better than all. Clean, spacious rooms & bathroom, balcony, new property so very good condition also. It was worth the money in that region including Kanatal area. Food is also great.

Laundry was delayed so we did not get any towel (Thankfully we carried our own). Staffs are new so could not manage buffet breakfast. Everybody had to keep waiting. But still staff maintained composure and delivered food to everyone.

Choice of food for dinner was good. On the day of departure, they prepared omelette for me on request, although it was not in buffet.

Mr. Rahul from La Riqueza insisted on 30% advance payment of the total booking amount, which was not as per contract of Booking.Com. They forced me to make this payment. This was shocking for me. When we checked in, the bathroom was wet with strands of hair strewn all over the floor, the commode had stains from the guest who used before, the intercom was missing (provided later), the mat in front of the bed was so dirty that it was kept upside down (we returned this), the bath towels & hand towels were missing (provided later), the TV did not work during our whole stay (2 nights). The approach road to the hotel from the main road is not paved. The standard of housekeeping is horrible!

The driveway to the hotel needs to be improved significantly. There is no pucca road to the hotel.
