MODERN HOME NEAR CAPITOL HILL - Walk to METRO subway

Great apartment. Modern with all facilities needed. Great location, especially to metro. Great host and very responsive. DC has become so much nicer now the national guard are in town. Looks and feels completely safe again. Will definitely come back.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage und das Parken im Hof ist super komfortabel. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und einladend. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft – gerne wieder!

Leider gab es im Obergeschoss in der Dusche Schimmel und einen schimmeligen Geruch, und eine Jalousie im Schlafzimmer war teilweise defekt. Ich hoffe, beides wird schnell beseitigt. Ansonsten eine tolle Unterkunft.

La température (froid en bas, chaud en haut) mais conditions climatiques extrêmes Les lieux auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement (peintures, rideaux…)

The house and rooms were Cozy and the kitchen and dining area were good. The location worked out well.

The blinds in the master bedroom were all broken, and I had to devise a way to cover them. We were not sure if the sheets were clean. The master bath shower controls were complicated and broken, and shower water leaked through the shower door to the floor. None of the bathroom doors had a lock and both showers drained slowly. One window downstairs was cracked. The main TV was tiny, almost as small as a laptop, so very difficult for 5 people to watch. The living room rug was a tripping hazard. The smoke detectors were not working. And three outside lights didn’t work. The property manager needs to work harder.

The metro was super close!! Beds were very comfortable . Kitchen had everything we could need. Neighborhood was nice. Towels were super nice.

Bathrooms need a little upgrade . No restaurants or little stores near by. Had to order from uber eats.

Convenient and quiet neighborhood

Nothing
