Asansör yoktu, Oda küçük ve banyo tuvalet sonradan yapılma idi. Şampuan ve duş jeli bir kişilik konulmuştu. Kahvaltıda hep hamur işi vardı. Salatalık, domates zeytin, peynir yoktu. 2. Gün kahve bile yoktu.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The booking process was chaotic. After receiving the confirmation on booking.com, I tried to contact the hotel through the app to ask some questions, but they never replied. I booked the room 3 months before travelling to Algiers. On the morning of the day I was arriving in the hotel, I received a message with a payment link with an unusual URL saying I had to pay or they will cancel the booking. The amount they wanted me to pay wasn't the same as the one I had when I booked. I wrote back asking them to correct the price, but they never did, nor even reply. When we arrived at the hotel, we learned that the reservations on booking.com are managed by a third party agency. I decided to pay directly at the hotel, but the agency tried to withdraw the money from my credit card I used to secure the booking. Luckily my credit card had expired in the meantime, otherwise, I would have been charged twice. Beware!
