3 Bedroom Duplex Apartment next to the Gates of Dawn

Perfect location

Great location very clean

The apartment is very nice! Near to the city center! There many restaurants and cafe nearby! Is a big apartment very beautiful!

- Location was perfect and close to everything. - Check-in was easy. - The apartment was very spacious and looked just like in the pictures - beautiful! - Management company was very responsive and helpful.

Now I understand why the majority of the reviews on here feel so "neutral" - nothing is very wrong or bad, but some things are missing that could make a huge difference. A few things that distracted from our stay being perfect: - The bed part on the sofa bed was broken and unusable - Some lights didn't work, toilet seat in the upstair bathroom broken as well - Fireplace was not usable (we checked with management). Would have been nice to know ahead of time since it's featured in the pictures and definitely was one of the points of excitement when we booked. - Kitchen didn't have paper towels. Curiously, the house rules dwell quite a bit on how NOT to abuse bath towels, but towels was basically the only thing provided so I can see how people would resort to using them for other things as well. - Only a few dishwasher soap packets provided. We had 6 people, the dishwasher is not large. We spent a lot of time washing dishes by hand. Obviously, could have bought dishwasher soap too, but it is an inconvenience and a waste of money in the end - wouldn't end up using all we bought and wouldn't be taking it with us.

Spacious and well located

Exceptional place at an exceptional location. Despite being close to many bars, it was really quiet.

The location was really great, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the apartment. Host responsive and helpful. We had good time there.
