Lovely little flat, love the decor

Was in a good location to walk into blackpool

The room wasn’t very clean. The street was very noisy with traffic and the neighbours also out at all hours shouting, arguing police

The bed was comfy, and I’ll stop there

If your an non smoker avoid, the smell was in bearable, someone in the building must a chain smoker on over drive and you know it’s bad when it keeps you awake - decor wise the dark grey on every wall has you feeling like your in a concrete cell, but everyone to their own

I have to say I was not expecting the apartment to be anything like it was from seeing the photos on booking.com Om arrival I was really surprised by the outside appearance and I honestly thought I was at the wrong place. After struggling to get into the apartment we were faced with the very overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke which never left the building and we could smell it in the apartment and on ourselves as we left the apartment. The smell was so overpowering that we only used the apartment to sleep, we had to go out for a meal and then booked to go to the theatre to fill our time. It was really disappointing and very upsetting not to be able to stay in the apartment having paid £140.00 for the night. When we also came to leave the following day we also struggled to get out of the building the door just wouldn't open.

Comfortable and clean

Shower either scolding or freezing with a few seconds at correct temp.

Would have liked curtains on bedroom window as well as blinds

Stylish throughout the apartment, enough crockery etc to use. Nice touch with my favourite PG tips tea to last me with additional items if needed. Quiet indoors with nothing disturbing us within the block. Plenty of towels were also supplied which was great. Lisa was always quick to answer all my questions I had prior to our arrival.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure as it moved around at the slightest turn and I felt every spring but at least it was clean. We couldn’t figure out how to work the hob but it didn’t matter as we had a back up.

The decor

No key in the lock box upon arrival. Sofa bed not made up. Unclean sheets. Horrendous smell from the bin. No access to the WiFi. Unreliable shower.

The decor and interior design was so nice!

The shower head wasn’t so powerful was dripping a lot and the apartment was so cold (heating wasn’t working)
