La casa sotto il castello!

A very beautiful city, a pleasant time spent, definitely worth a visit.

The initial photo of the accommodation is a bit confusing and does not correspond to reality. Anyone who would think that they will be in a castle is mistaken, just like us. But otherwise everything is fine.

This is a lovely home away from home. It would be challenging for people with mobility issues due to the stairs to the sleeping areas, but that’s well indicated in the pictures. Everything you need is there and it’s a great location for getting around town to the best spots you’d want to visit. Carovigno is lovely and the apartment is perfectly located. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They were there when we arrived and so helpful with recommendations for what was in the area and great food and historic spots. Spacious bed room, sweet hosts.

The place has nothing to do with the castle shown in the pictures. The castle is not far away, but it is not visible from the property. Also, it was very cold inside when I arrived, even after giving ample warning ahead of my arrival.
