I had the pleasure of spending nearly a month in this beautiful apartment, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need—whether you’re staying alone or as a couple. It’s clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home from day one. One of the biggest advantages is its prime location—just a short walking distance from the JFC Naples base, making it exceptionally convenient for military personnel or contractors working there. The hosting family deserves special praise. They are incredibly kind, organized, and welcoming. Throughout my stay, they were always available to help with any question or request I had, and their responses were quick, friendly, and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lago Patria. It’s truly one of the best options in the area—comfortable, well-located, and hosted by wonderful people.

"This was a highly disappointing stay, especially considering the high price. The room was dirty and damp, creating an uncomfortable environment. The kitchen utensils were in poor condition and not well-maintained, making it difficult to prepare even simple meals. The hot water in the bathroom was unreliable, which made taking a decent shower impossible. To add to this, the beds were very uncomfortable and offered no support. Given the cost, I expected much better quality and maintenance. I would not recommend this property to others."

Spacious apartment on the ground floor of a private house. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. The beds were comfortable. The room quickly heated up with the help of the air conditioner. Street parking. There were always spaces available. The parking area seems to be guarded. The gates to the area are closed and opened by a call. But the phone for this should be registered. So, you either need to ask the owners or exit through other distant gates, which are always open. The hosts are very open and friendly. They responded promptly to all questions. They brought an electric kettle. Treated us with pizza and delicious big lemons from the yard. :)

It takes some time for the hot water to start flowing. The water in the bathroom drained slowly. The shower curtain in the bathroom was inconvenient. There were a few issues with the shower and gas after arrival, but everything was fixed very quickly.

Flexible check in.

Apartment smelled with mold. Beds are very poor and squeaking with every move.
