The view and location

Our room was dirty, there were still dirty washing in our washing machine! We waited very long in reception before they eventually found our booking and directed us to our room

"Was okay, could’ve been better!"

The room was great. Clean and smelling fresh. All appliances were functioning and in good order.

The pool adjustment to the room was unhygienic. Cigarette buds all over, broken pieces of glassware, old cigarette lighters…it just screamed “unsafe and unclean”. It ruined my mood. Especially because I was looking forward to a good swim!! The maintenance needs to improve!

"My booking got cancelled"

I booked the place from booking.com after booking the host told me she gave the place to friends so I must council at the same time I left my house 2hours back on my way to the lodge…I will never use her services again especially with booking.com I am very disappointed on the host

Exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised

The swimming pool was extremely dirty. It was green and we were not able to enjoy that part of the facilities.
